I am Maxine Thompson, licensed Cosmetologist of 9 years. My focus is hair and makeup. My unique art encompasses the one on one experience, and healthy polished styles. I specialize in extensions and healthy hair. As a hairstylist you wear many hats... counselor, friend, confidant, and yes sometimes magician. Ultimately my goal is to enhance one's beauty, and leave a lasting impression to keep each individual coming back for more. I was born in the beautiful island of Trinidad and Tobago and raised in Brooklyn, New York. I've traveled near and far learning new and innovative techniques along the way. My motto has always been to keep learning alive! I enjoy what I do, and most of all I enjoy making people feel and look good.

What's up, it’s Mr. Manny, I was born and raised in Tulsa, OK . I finished college and after 5 years in corporate America I was laid-off, turned out to be a blessing in disguise. While attending college I discovered a hidden talent and recognized that I was pretty good with a flat iron.
So I decided to go back to school to solidify my talent and gain my license in cosmetology. Following my new found passion, I now specialize in natural to straight hairstyles. Playful antics and entertainment will be sure to brighten up the day for others “Whipped and Dipped,” says it all…

I’ve always had a passion to do hair since I was a child. I can rememberwatching my mom doing hair at home and trying to do what she did. I love all types of hair whether you are relaxed or natural, short or long there is nothing that will prevent this amazing experience. Specializing in short styles and hair extensions, I make sure I stay updated on all the latest styles and techniques. I place high value on listening to my clients, understanding there needs and respecting their hair; while striving for unlimited creativity! I love the feeling of knowing that I was able to put a smile on someone’s face that may not have been there when they walked in!
